Brrokies in the uintas - yungun - 07-29-2009 Backpacked into the uintas this last weekend and camped on a lake. Got my fly pole out and walked the shoreline sightcasting for cruising brookies. What a rush to be able to watch the fish the whole time instead of just the fly. I have yet to get all the way to Ibantic but frequent lovena and always do well with the shore swimmers. I'm headed up there in a week and a half. I'm excited.
