Gulp Alive - Aznavalanche - 07-30-2009 Has anyone tried the Berkley Gulp Alive's? I was thinking of picking up a small box of them and trying them out this weekend. So is it worth picking up a box (is it really as good as others say?) If it is, then how do I use them...just a float and sinker? or do I cast out and retrieve it [signature] Re: [Aznavalanche] Gulp Alive - bigpikeguy - 08-03-2009 I use them all the time. I like getting the 3" minnows and tipping jigs that i make with them. Then i jig them on the bottom for walleye. I think they work good. I also like the sinking minnow bait they make. I do really well for bass with them. All i do with them is rig it texas style with no weight. If you start to miss alot of fish bump up your hook size. [signature] |
