Ice shelter ?s - kentd71 - 10-16-2009
How does the fabric/windows on the Clam Shelters compare the Cabelas even though they are made by Clam. I fish with a 3 year old and will have two going with me in another couple of years. I am looking at the new Clam Summit or the Comand Post. Is there much difference between these (other than size) and the Eskimo other than the removable windows? I generally walk to fish with a sled.

I absolutely love my clam command post. It is light and durable. It fishes up to five or six comfortably. We mainly using it as the family warming hut. I can't really compare it other than to the ice cube which is very similiar in a two man version.
