im getting ready to drive up there and check ill post pics and ice report but im not getting my hopes up im not expecting it to have safe ice or ice at all.

chrome junky is right even if there is ice it is probably not safe. When Ririe freezes in December it does so in an uneven fashion. I have fished it early, and one week later the ice blew off, and was finally stable by January. Some may remeber the 4 wheeler and snow mobile (illegal) that went through a few years ago on early ice. Be carefull!

Did you end up making the trip up to Ririe? I've been thinking of driving up there myself but then I think somebody is bound to post a report soon. If I am not busy tomorrow at work I'll have to make a trip up there.
