If you are sell your boat via the Internet beware. This is how it works.
Someone from an overseas counrty agrees to buy the boat/jetski. They send a bank draft for considerably more than the agreed to price. You are asked to send a refund by 'certified check'.
Ther bank draft bounces but since it is from overseas you don't find out intime because foreign instruments take a longer time to clear or bounce.
Best case senerio you haven't shipped the boat yet. Worse case you paid them to steal your boat.
