Can you fish the Logan River in within the City limits? Is there any good fishing downstream of Logan City?

I think you can fish in City limits, I have heard of people fishing in some areas of the town and doing some good. Most of them are fly fisherman, using nymphs of different kinds. As for fishing down stream of Logan City you will quickly run into Cutler reservoir and right now I would imagine the slow water leading up to the reservoir is frozen solid. I don't know much about the river once it leaves town though so you might just have to go and check it out.

park by the golf course, there are some VERY NICE browns that swim along the bridge that crosses the river on hole...........11 i think.... anyway, also fish closer to the little bear river
