Unfortunately, anyone can register and immediately start sending PMs to anyone and everyone they choose to send them to, until an administrator (moderators don't have the tools) is able to block their account.

Set up a bogus email account. Have some fun with them. I have been able to extort hand made drawings and odd pictures (like a shoe on a rock with a banana in it) and much more from these people. Make outlandish requests back to them. Mess with them a bit. Make it fun. Ask them to meet you at their airport for an exchange of the funds, but they have to be dressed like Jimmi Hendrix.
