That my freind was a Sea Lion taking that Salmon. If you pause the video just as the creature hits you can clearly see it. I have no experience up close, but I do not believe a Polar Bear can swim that fast(???).
Still waaay cool though, I bet that guy filled his britches up with chumming chunks when that thing rose on his fish!!
