Pretty much skunked on the Bear - catfish77 - 05-18-2010
Hit the Bear river this morning out near the Bird Refuge. The fish didn't want to play. Snagged a few carp, but that was it. I still can't seem to figure out this river. It is better closer or further from the refuge and what baits are best? I did okay at night last summer, but that's the only time I've had some success. Btw, the flows are down.
