Utah Lake Fishing? - BiG_fIsH_uT_23 - 07-03-2010 I went to Utah Lake today. We caught alot of Kitty's but we were wondering how to catch the Bluegill, White Bass, Lrg. and Sml. Use standard small jigs under a bobber tipped with worm. The key to panfish is to find the little cover that there is on UL and they will almost always be near by. Curly tails for the larger ones 2" chart works for almost anything. Docks and Reeds are key for Gills and Crappies. White bass are a bit harder to find, but we got a good number by trolling today to cover more ground. Quite a few doubles when you find one ....there is a ton more close by.
