Mitch came over this morning and we decided to go catch a few. Mitch was out last night and he was killing them on a big crank so that was his bait of choice today. We fished for about three hours and he had one shot on the crankbait and that was it. I have been fishing a Crig, I did change to a shaky head but went right back to the rig when I didn't get bit. Water temp this morning at 8:30 was 79.5 degrees so the water has cooled down a little. I caught 6 keepers, most were squeakers but I did have two good fish. I caught 2 fish on a craw and 4 on a worm. The only reason that I even tried the craw was that I left all of the worms back at the dock. So, it could have been bad.
