Guess what I just found? - MajBob - 09-06-2010 I need some suggestions. I forgot to put the patch kit that came with my Bighorn tube in the accessory pocket when I was out. So I put it on my tying bench, thinking that I would remember it next time. Well, Dooley, our black lab, found it. He ate about half of it before he decided that he preferred goodies from the kitchen trash. Bad doggie! [] So what's the best replacement? (patch kit - - Dooley liveth and reigneth). I know, I know: put it away next time . . . Cheers! There are a lot of vinyl repair kits available. Most will work for pinhole leaks but maybe not for cuts or bad seams.[/#0000ff] [#0000ff][/#0000ff] [#0000ff]Get a tube of Aquaseal and keep it in the freezer after opening the first time.
