At the VISE - flygoddess - 11-21-2010 Weather is terrible here the past few days and only going to get worse....I HATE WIND!!!!! Anyway, sat down at the vise and tied up some flies for the swaps I am in. Started off with RAINY'S Hex fly. This is a warm water and CARP swap and this fly KILLS: Next I tied something new for me, but I think it is going to be killer also. I call it "The PHOENIX": Plus some of the Gartside Softhackle in Black and Purple.
