Vexlar Tri-beam transducers? - toadly - 12-07-2010 OK all you Vexlar owners. Has anybody tried one of these Tri-beam transducers by vexlar yet? I am considering buying one, but havent heard of any product reveiws. Do they work? Are the as sensitive as the single transducers? It sounds great to me. When I fish in water over 30 or more feet I have a hard time picking up my lures echo. So the 9 deg would help. Let me know what you think of yours. It was great being able to switch to a narrow beam at times. It was particulary useful when fishing a steep bottom. Wider beams leave a lot more area under the beam that is not visible than a narrow beam does. [signature] |
