Why is it that Owyhee is hot for crappie fishing but CJ has not yet turned on? Is the water temp at Owyhee warmer than the 56 degrees I measured at CJ last week?

i really wish cj would turn on so i can quit spending the $17+ everytime i want some crappie. but until that happens, or the koke fishing gets red hot, i'll quit complaining and pay my dues.
