Jordanelle 6/11 - bubba_burt - 06-12-2011 Decided late Saturday morning that I needed to relieve some stress by doing some smallie fishing, so we headed to Jordanelle. We arrived to the marina to see a bunch of bass boats floating around in the no wake zone. Bass tournament. They had just weighed in for the first half, and were heading back out for the rest of the tourney. Hopefully they did better than us....tough day. We threw everything I had in the box, hit points and coves, and fished deep and shallow. We had a couple of good bites, but no takers. I even had a smallie come the surface to show me how bad a$% he was and then swam away laughing The reservoir is still low, about 77%, but rising about a foot per day. My fish finder took a poo, so I can't report any water temps. Should pick up soon!! [signature]
