They encompass visitor use and incident statistics from Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4 throughout Lake Mead NationalRecreation Area, which includes both lakes Mead and Mohave.Park rangers responded to multiple boating accidents and disabled boats in the park as a result of thunderstorms on Sunday. Over 50 park visitors wererescued, saved and/or medically treated as a result of park rangeremergency response during the four day period.
