I used corn bread meal,yes for making corn bread,also I added some potatoe seasoning,milk and an egg to a 3lb Lukinani I caught yesterday,I had one fillet,looking forward to dinner today of the other fillet with the same seasoning..I used a Gerge Foreman grill,nice,gona have it with a rum and coke ,rum is from Guyana,a10 rear old,it has a very molassy taste...sweet in other words,or try Eldorado an old sailboat is on the label..
