Took two of my friends that are learning to fly fish to investigate a new stream around Spencer. boy was it hard to fish with all the brush but we were all rewarded with about a dozen each very nice fat bows from 12 all the way to one that went 17 inches. overall a great day fishing.

they both worked hard and we have been working on their roll casting so they wouldnt catch trees all day. it was a variation of a prince nymph I fish back in Pennsylvania

Great job. Nice pics. The stream fish have been fat this year. That area has been getting more and more difficult to fish as the water dropped into crystal clear pools. Congrats.
