Electronics Help- fish finder - Big_Bad_Shad - 02-09-2012

So I have recently gotten a boat that is better than the tin tub I have been used to. The good news I have put some electronics on it but I know I am not utilizing them up to their potential. Does anyone know any good resources to learn how to better utilize electronics. What setting I should be using ones I should not be using. Right now I am just basically using them for water temp and bottom structure/ depth.. They are both humminbirds. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Right now I feel like I am out of my wheelhouse.

Thanks again

I've had some luck with the websites from the manufacturer. But the best info I got was from a fella that sells the units and installs them. He walked me through how to set it up for my depth of fishing.
Search for these guys and ask questions.
