Yelburt called while I was fishing and told him I was catching a few and since then some folks wanted a report.<br /> Get the no-doze here it is.<br />Put in at Mudd at dawn and headed to a popular point and got a slick on the 3rd cast on a firetiger Xr 50. Hammered the point with that and an A-rig and finally got a keeper on a Rayburn Red knocker. Fished the nearby cove and zeroed.<br /> Crossed over to another point and got 4 on the A-rig, one about 2 lbs the rest were short. Did miss a good one next to the boat and picked up a duece in the cove next to that point.<br /> Ran to Coon and got one on a blade and the firetiger-both not quite measuring.<br /> Got 2 measuring fish in the mouth of Twin Lakes on the rig and the Xr.<br />Last stop was one of my favorite coves up by Wansville where i got 4 more on the Xr.<br /> Best fish were on the A-rig, all were in 3ft or less and temp was about 51.<br />The river was brown and hauling butt.
