MSBG Jake, Lake Guntersville, Bass, 10 Feb 2012, Blake and Mike - FishNews - 02-12-2012 10 Feb 2012, Lake Guntersville Fishing Reports – I was joined to today by Blake Gideon for a day on the lake and after Blake headed north Mike Thompson joined me for a few hours. We caught fish all day with a few slow periods. Water temp’s started at 50.5 and the best we found was 52.5 late afternoon. We fished A-rigs, rattle traps, crank baits, and swim baits almost exclusively. Our best fish came on umbrella rigs from Choo Choo lures rigged with Skinny Dipper Swim Baits on the new Assassinator Umbrella Rig Spinner Baits. Most fish where in the 2.5-3.5 pound range with a solid limit of 4 to 6.5 pound fish with most of the better fish coming out of 7-12 FOW. We did fine some fish shallow today in less than 4 FOW on a on a XR 75’s. I have days available; come spend a day on the lake with me. Make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville, Nickajack or Tim’s Ford. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you, Military Discount and 110% dedication to making your trip successful. “Let’s go fish’ in†
Visit www.midsouthbassguide.com for more photos and sign up for my monthly newsletter

|
