Any word on mackys ice?Would like to go but like to know if the ice is still good before the 2 hour drive.Thanks

Fished it the 24-25th with a scout group. The ice itself was about 3ft thick solid ice. It was still slick and WINDY!! The edges were water but we could hop over them easily enough. Should still be fishable, and all you would need would be a plank at the worst. Fishing seemed to be the best from sun-up to noon. Caught trout and kokes. Good luck if you make it out.
