dragfish, Nick, crappie/ bass, 3/17/12, Fishin' Junkie - FishNews - 03-18-2012 Put in at Sullvan's this morning (after a delay I really didn't expect from a good angler) Danny wanted some slabs for his freezer and we felt like we left some good bass on the table from last weeks CFF tourny.<br /> We headed down to the cove and fished a drop near the main channel and didn't get anything of any size, so we moved back in a little and found them on a creek channel and it was on! Nothing big and a lot of culls but scratched up a limit for both of us. Actually most were good frying size-11 to 13 inches.<br /> With that done we went after some bass without much luck, threw "the rig", some rattle baits and grubs.<br /> Finally-Danny let me catch a good bass (6 1/4) on the old reliable-grub on a lead head.<br /> He's got a picture of it and hope he posts it later (I'm still technically impaired-or lazy) Where was that fish last saturday?
