Anglers invited to comment on 2012 Bonneville Pool sturgeon season - FishNews - 03-20-2012
SALEM, Ore. -- Staff from the Oregon and Washington Departments of Fish and Wildlife will discuss options for managing the 2012 recreational white sturgeon fishery in the Bonneville Pool of the Columbia River at a public meeting on Dec. 14 in The Dalles.
The meeting will go from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at The Dalles Screens Shop, 3561 Klindt Drive, The Dalles 97058.<br />
According to John North, ODFW Columbia River fisheries manager, the meeting allows staff an opportunity to meet with local sturgeon anglers to discuss ideas and options for the retention fishery in Bonneville Pool during the coming year.<br />
