backed the ole bandit in the water at 4 35 this am an headed out to the channel to the secret hole..thank goodness for gps.it was so foggy this morning that i had trouble seeing the front running light.got there an started catching shorts right off the bat.. then ever now an then i would get to open the live well lid.. tried lots of bgs but found that magic color with a tail light an proceeded to open the live well 18 times..had to cull today, kind of made me fill like a bass fisherman..culling is so much fun. with the 15 keepers today an the 7 keepers yesterday, not a bad start to restock the freezer. i think i hooked a large mouth early because it came to the top of the water an acted really ugly.those small hooks just aint big enough for them trashy green fish. met another cff er an talked to him but cant remember his handle.i think he is from up north, say maryville or knoxville .talked to him last year. wanted to get his number but didnt..if he reads this i hope he pms me so we can exchange phone numbers, since he also fishes alone, maybe we can get together one day. had a blast today. got really rested up, been sick all week, this pollen is BAD. also got mom a slimer, she likes one ever now an then. emoUSA <br />
