Way back when, when I was playing a game of "Dungeons and Dragons", I remember battling a creature called a Wight. (Yes, geek alert)
As for your question, white bass are probably not with the unsettled weather, but it isn't too far off.

The Males are spawning right now, more every day. I caught a dozen off the shore sat and a bucket full on the boat Sunday.
