The decision will be appealed, but Judge Pullen has crafted a robust opinion that bodes well for the right of the public to have reasonable access to public waters.

That's great news. Too bad our real estate Governor didn't have the common sense to veto an illegal attempt at landowners trying to seize public waters in the first place. I sort of doubt it will get pushed to higher courts because the Utah Supreme Court ( and US Supreme Court) has always put a stop to this infringement of the rights of all Utahans and Americans in the past.
