fishing help needed - russrandall - 06-14-2012 Hey, so I recently started fishing again and I need to replace my rod and spinning reel. I was wondering of some good ones to use for under 100$ I was thinking a pflueger reel with maybe a Shimano or ugly stick rod. Also I am from Utah and catch mostly catfish, trout, bass and a few other fish. Also maybe some good fishing holes around Provo area. Any help would be appreciated! I like Ugly Sticks but Shimano makes a good rod as well. Utah Lake has a lot fishing holes for cats and bass and Deer Creek is good for trout, of course the Provo river is your best bet. If the budget is tight look to the combos at Bass Pro or Cabelas. [signature] |
