Got out with Jason last night on the Coosa and went big or go home attitude. Caught 2 very nice ones and a 7lber and 5 lber.

Starts in Rome,georgia. Goes for 30 miles then into alabama to lake weiss. Runs couple hundred miles through bama to meet another river that eventually runs into the gulf. I guide on the georgia side. Has to be one of the best medium size rivers in the country. But doesn't even compare in size to the tenn, miss and ohio rivers

I spend weeks fishing my local rivers and creeks and turn up nothing but gars,turtles,etc. that is a nice stretch your fishing. Hope too see more of it.
