Oh, I forgot to mention, one of those 36 articles on the list is titled "Tribal Fishing Regulations & Practices" I think you all will get a kick out of how I described that article in a nutshell:
"If we get anything done on this story in the next couple of years, it's probably going to be either a fluke or a miracle or both. It might be easier to get the combination to the safe at Fort Knox."
Well, at least we will be giving it the good ol' college try.
