CRAZYHORSE, Watts Bar, Blue Cat, 9-1-2012 - FishNews - 09-15-2012
Spent Labor Day weekend with my family at Watts Bar and took a break from pulling the kids on the tube/slide/skis to do a little catfishing with my brother-in-law David. I had never fished Watts Bar before except right below the dam, but we finally found some located in pretty deep water. We caught several off one drift of about 1/8th mile, so they were pretty concentrated, but were biting good at this one spot. Dave hooked up with his personal best cat and played him in the boat like a pro. I didnt have scales, or a net, but this fish was big enough we carried him back to the dock to show the kids, and then released him back safe and sound. Good times!
