make your lure strictly topwater - Paulpro - 09-26-2012
Rebel floating minnow 2 1/2" without the tounge
By heating the plastic lip sometimes you can remove the lip entirely,or just grind it off.
Now what you end up with is a cool minnow shaped topwater lure that rattles like a jumping minnow only smaller for even more fun!

Heres a fun trick you can do with a Rebel Minnow,
by removing or grinding off the tounge you end up with a really fun lure thats top water,resembles a minnow,plus rattles!
