Where to go bass fishing in CT? - ctfishinlegend - 11-03-2012 Can someone please help me and tell me any good ponds or lakes near litchfield, CT to go bass fishing? Had a pretty slow summer fishing-wise [bobsleeping], so any help will be greatly appreciated! You should try posting your question on our CT board, maybe one of the mods on that board can help you. Here is a link to that board: [url "http://www.bigfishtackle.com/forum/gforum.cgi?forum=16"]http://www.bigfishtackle.com/forum/gforum.cgi?forum=16[/url] WH2 [signature] Re: [ctfishinlegend] Where to go bass fishing in CT? - gdn443 - 11-04-2012 Candlewood comes to mind. I don't know if you have a boat, but you need one there. Bass fishing has really dropped off here the last four weeks. I'm down to 1-2 a day, no matter how hard I fish. Seems early, but maybe the lakes are turning over here in Ct. I would use blade baits at this time. Most of my lakes I go to are central Ct. The DEEP can give you a list of bass management lakes in your area. [signature] |
