] Lets just say that I don't normally go after Trout or anything of that species. Either Lake Powell or The Gorge (Bass or Burbot) is my preference. Although since the kids are off track, I decided to haul them up at the crack of dawn to give it a shot. I have to say the kids weren't saying to many nice things to me that early. But after a good day up there, we came back with our load and a bunch of happy and tired fishermen and fisherwomen. My youngest landed the biggest one with a belly full of them crayfish. Lost count on how many we lost. Started at the ladders and worked our way around the lake ending up at Soldier Creek.[signature]

Ha...not sure. He was pretty cranky on the way back. Though if you brought up his catches, his eyes just light right up so I'm thinking he'll go again.

Nothing wrong with chasin the slimers every once in a while. That looked like a healthy mess of fish and your kids won't forget the trip. Thanks for the pic.
