Strato-G, Chickamauga, Bass Frost Bite Chester Frost, 12-29-12, Alone - FishNews - 01-01-2013

Run across Sat AM , wind outta west, temp 38-39, water temp 46 & stained. Started of east side somewhat out of wind, slow bite & duck hunters on 2 points with me in the crossfire, emoTskTsk , I stayed outta their range. emoEnforce Believe they got a couple before I left for another area.

2Nd area produced 2 keepers, 1- 2 1/2 & 1 @ 4.43. Move to 3rd area & immediately pick up another 4lbr & bites were scattered with a few shorts. Finally "jerked" 3lbr from brush. emoScratch where is the elusive 5th keeper. Some smore shorts, emoQuestion , do they replenish in the brush? Eased back to the brush, threw the jerk in 3 times, hard to place due to wind, 4th cast did the Kentucky windage, near area desired, jerk-pause-jerk emoFish wanted to play. Nice fatty for 5th keeper..Gave me 15.90, 3rd place..
All were caught in 10" or less

2Jigs & parterner with nice smallie & 4 lm took the win. nd place close behind..... emoApplause congrats, each team did well. Good tourny emoThanks

emoGeezer emoUSA
