Called James to see if he was up for a short dusk fishing trip and he was at the house in 40 minutes. We fished for bass initially and it was slow but he ended up with a 3.5 and a 2.5 after a while. Both were deep back in WT. I think that he caught them on a small swim bait. We moved to another spot and started catching White Bass. We ended up with 6 or 7 nice white bass with one close to 3lbs, it was huge! We did catch some small crappie in the area also. We did get rained on a bit and when it got dark the bite quit. The whites and crappie were all caught deep on 1/16 oz jigs and believe it or not, were at about a 40 count. That's a long time to wait but it's worth it when those big whites are in the creek. It was a fun short trip with a good friend. Thanks for being available on short notice James! I will plan to post some pics later.
