Went out about 11:30 to try to put together something for a trip tomorrow with friends from VA. Wow! Didn't wear thick enough socks! The wind was tough & stayed pretty cool all day. Caught 4 keepers, 2 off edges of grass on a creature bait rigged on a Whiplash head, the other 2 pitchin in the grass. The biggest was a 6.4# on the Whiplash in 6-8'. Had 3 blows on frog, but none of them got it. Think the strong front was cause of that! Got a good windburn too!
