Does anyone know what they are doing to the boat ramp at the State Park . I was there a week ago and there was a big backhoe in the water up over it's tracks building a lava rock dike down the right side of the ramp . Just wondering if they are going to build a dam and pump the water out ? Then tear out the old ramp and dredge the bottom deeper and put in a new ramp , so we could launch during low water years ?
