It's been my experience that LC tends to hang on to soft water for a long time. I know it was low this year, but I would bet it's still open. On the positive side, I can't wait for it to cap. That place is awesome for ice fishing.

What does the water level look like at Echo? Going into the fall, it was way down because of the dam work. Did it come up at all before capping?

It has come up about ten feet or so since summer but it is still pretty low.

Lost Creek is one of my all time favorite spots to ice fish too.
