when crappie fishing try useing med to small minnows as large ones tend to be a little to much for most crappie when they are not bitting to well

I like to use a 2 inch diving rapala and troll it off the back of the boat while rowing, speeding up and down from one stroke to the next. I have hauled in my biggest crappie this way. a wopping 17 incher is my biggest one so far.

when i fish reelfoot i throw two or three lines out and drift fish with a split tail jig and tear them up this way
