Decided to go again today since the wife won't be home till tonight. Hollered at Jason but seems he would rather go Christmas shopping than fish ??. I went to a cove that had bait in it and killed them for a while on the trap. I had a big fish on that I thought was a drum but played it to the boat and it came unbuttoned while I was trying to lip it. I fished this pattern all day catching good fish shallow on a red trap. Ended up getting a nice limit with a 6, two around 5-5.5 and a couple in the 4 pound range. Fish were again in 5 FOW or so and it was very stained to say the least. Temps were up a bit to 52 at the highest and wind was aggravating at times. Gotta love the trap bite. Fished from 11 till 5.
