[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]I’ve been thinking about why the new two pole provision forall license holders hasn’t passed yet and I think it may be tied into the newfee proposals which haven’t been approved yet. The fee proposals are slated for discussion during the 2014 session ofthe Utah legislature and may possibly be passed and implemented as early asJuly 1, 2014. I’m guessing here, but Ithink the two pole provision may have to wait for the approval of the new feeprovisions before it can be implemented as well. We will not know for sure until thelegislation for the new fees is made public in early 2014 and if it includeseliminating the two pole license and allowing two poles under the new licensefees.[/#800000][/font]
