We're going to cj. Went to sfcr yesterday, big sand bay was way crowded. Lot of nice trout caught.

The trout in Magic are footballs and have nice pink meat. The fishing was on the slow side, but if you want to go there, PM me and I'll tell you where we did the best. Good luck wherever you go, and HAPPY NEW YEAR.

This would of been helpful, went out and only caught 6 - 8 inch trout. The first one I hooked, I thought it was a perch because it felt so small. Blah... Magic is NOT my friend right now.

Careful on the Ice fellas, jigging/bouncing 1"-1.5" castmasters with a little cutbait off the bottom has helped with better fish.
