I would like to catch a few of these fellas and try them out, I heard they are good eating. Do you know a canal where I can go fish for them? Also what bait do you usually use? [signature] Re: [SnookMaster] Brown Hoplo Catfish Hassa! - Paulpro - 03-10-2014 We caught them just under the NEW one mile bridge on Tamiami canal 8 street "west side" The Army corps of engineers removed a one mile section of the south levee which I believe caused these invasives to have access to this canal. First time ever seeing them here,I went back to fish for them with a Sabiki but didn't see any...
