Smith and Morehouse Suggestions - BrettSLC - 07-23-2014

Looking for some suggestions for Smith and Morehouse. We are going to be camping up there in a few weeks and I would love to do some fishing. I have never been to the area so google maps is about as good as my knowledge is.

We won't have any float stuff so stillwater would be all from the shore. Ideally we would hit rivers/streams in the area.

Feel free to PM me if you want to chat off the board.

The far end of the lake is about the only area worth fishing from shore. Everything works that works any where else i.e. leeches, nymphs etc.

Powerbait with a marshmallow works wonders there.[laugh]

Stick to the dam or the inlet. If you choose the inlet be sure to go to the other side from the dirt road. Prepare for small trout. Trying below the dam should yield a few fish too.
