I hit the Soldier Creek side Saturday at 7:30-ish with my father, uncle, and cousin.
We spent the morning trolling primarly the east shoreline. We caught 23 trout: 14 bows and 9 cutts. The largest were a 19 and 20" cutt.
The bows were mostly 16-18" and healthy. Four came home for baked bacon trout Saturday night.
That's a pretty slow day for us, even quitting at 12:30, but it really was a pretty day up there.
