I can say that Utah has the rudest drivers. Especially after driving through four states last week.

I guess it depends on what web site you want to look at, but Louisiana seems to get the nod more then others, with Montana getting a few nods for the worst. Some web sites Idaho did not make the top ten.
One web site had Utah among the top 5 best, hard to believe.
