Twin Lakes Ice - bmckinlay - 01-11-2015 Hi all. I am new to this forum so hopefully I am doing this right. Has anybody been to Twin Lakes yet? Just wondering how thick the ice is. And if anybody fished it yet did you do any good. [signature] Re: [bmckinlay] Twin Lakes Ice - windriver - 01-11-2015 I haven't seen twin but I was on the other side of the mountain yesterday. Fished two reservoirs both had 4" of good ice. There was a small patch of thin looking ice on the dam. I got a limit of bows easily but could not get on any perch or crappie. Fished some previous holes. No luck in three hours. Want to go out again on Thursday. Not been to Twin on the ice, only in summer. Where is a good place to start? What depth is best? Any info would be appreciated. [signature] Re: [fallsfish] Twin Lakes Ice - killerhook - 01-13-2015 I fished the north pond straight south of the ramps near the south shore in 25 feet. I caught bows only. Ice finks tipped with anything. Good Luck [signature] |
