storing the showdown - cammoman33 - 02-22-2015 Hello, was just wanting to know any suggestions on storing your showdown for the off season, beings I wont be on the ice for a few months! Do you turn it on and just let it die down, or do you unplug the battery from the unit, and store it away. Thanks for any info. I put the battery on a trickle or float charger once a month for a few hours. It also serves as a backup battery for the fishfinder on my kayak. This was the third season on the battery. [signature] |
